Termsof use.

What bceujobs does, what we ask of you, and what we will never charge you for.

Draft — pending legal review. This describes how the platform actually handles data, but it has not been reviewed by a qualified adviser. The retention periods, lawful bases and the employer-visible field set are reasoned positions, not settled ones. Do not rely on this document until that review is complete.

These terms cover your use of this website and the bceujobs candidate portal. By creating a profile or applying for a role you accept them.

They do not cover a placement itself. If you are placed, your employment contract is with the employer, and any additional agreement with us is a separate document you will be given and asked to sign.

Who you are dealing with

  • This site trades as: bceujobs
  • Controller: [legal entity name]
  • Company number: [company registration number]
  • Registered address: [registered address]
  • Contact for data questions: [privacy contact email]

We do not charge candidates

bceujobs never charges you a fee to register, to apply, to be shortlisted, or to be placed. We are paid by employers.

Nobody acting for us will ask you for money in exchange for a job, an interview, or faster processing. If somebody does, they are not acting for us — please report it to [contact email].

Costs that are genuinely yours — a passport, a visa application fee charged by a government, a medical examination — are disclosed to you in advance and paid to those bodies, not to us.

What we do

  • Verify your experience, documents and eligibility before an employer sees you.
  • Match your profile to open roles and put you forward where you fit the requirement.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, visa applications and travel.

We cannot guarantee you a job. Employers make their own hiring decisions, and governments make their own visa decisions. Neither is ours to promise.

What we ask of you

  • Give accurate information. Your profile is what an employer relies on. A false qualification or work history is grounds for us to remove you from the platform, and may end a placement after it starts.
  • Upload genuine documents. Submitting a forged or altered document is treated as fraud and may be reported.
  • Keep your account to yourself. Do not share your login. Tell us if you think somebody else has access.
  • Keep your details current while you have an active application.

Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you gave it to us for — verifying you and presenting you to employers — and nothing else. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.

Ending your use of the service

You can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to the exceptions in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account for falsified information or documents, abuse of staff or other users, or attempts to interfere with the platform. Where we do, we will tell you why.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.

Changes to these terms

We will tell you when these terms change in a way that affects you, and record which version you accepted.
